per online complaint: The owner has been renting an unlicensed basement apt since buying the house in 2006. No registration is shown on the city web site. Occupants routinely park multiple (3-5) cars on the street. The house has a garage and driveway, but none of the cars are parked there.

PER PHONE COMPLAINT: Complainant lives in an ADU at rear of property - lower level. There is no heat during day from 8:30am - 4:30pm. The temperature control (thermostate) is located in upstairs unit and complainant does not have access to adjust the heat.Also, there is a gas smell coing from furnace unit located in the complainant's living space. Visiting guests smelled gas and became dizzy. And there is not carbon monoxide detector.

Complainant lives in an ADU on the premises in which there are no carbon monoxide detectors. The furnace for the entire property is kept in the ADU and there is no panel over it - tenant has no control over temperature (owner occupied unit above controls the temperature). Smell of gas is sometimes present. Furthermore, mold is present near the bathtub and kitchen sink.
