2555 South Judkins Street has been building some kind of ADU or other addition to their house. It has become massive (at least 10-12' high and I believe it might run the length of the house itself). I cannot find any building permits for a structure like this for the property. It's built out of spare parts from shipping containers and wood scraps. There's no way that it's safe or stable.

Per Online;We have concerns about the structural integrity of a large structure being put together in our neighborhood. We noticed industrial sized brewing vat/equipment being stored within the structure as it is being built. Our concerns are from observation of its development noting that it is partially built out of shipping palets, with large debris covered by a large tarp. It is does not appear to be rooted in any foundation.

2555 S Judkins St is claiming a 2nd driveway on the east side of their property that does not have a curb cut and they are not allowing other people to park in front of it despite it being public parking. They hung signs saying not to block the driveway. They have an existing driveway with a curb cut on the west side of their home.
