City Construction at the corner of Warren Ave N and Raye in Queen Anne. This construction has been ongoing for over three months. It has affected our ability to work from home, and our daughter's ability to study from home. It has therefore affected our productivity, our ability to conduct work and work-related meetings remotely, our well-being, the well-being of our pets, and our sleep. POTA--per phone call--according to the law, a refrigerator is to be repaired or replaced within 72 hrs. That is virtually impossible right now. does the law allow for a manager to provide a mini fridge until they are able to replace the refrigerator?
