Quite a few things:1. There is human waste next to one of the garage doors that has been there for weeks2. Property mgmt leaves false 5 star reviews and tells new residents to leave 5 star reviews (violation of FTC guidelines)3. Cleaners have left vacuum powder on the carpets for weeks4. Never received new lease and they tried to increase my rent by well over 10% (illegal)5. The property is disgusting and not taken care of at all. Trash everywhere, literal human shit, and more.
