Adult black male is living in #21. This has been observed well beyond the allowable guest stays in a monthly period. This has been observed for several months now. You may contact Hyan Ho, the on-site property manager who has numerous reports of this [in addition to numerous other lease violations] to include time-date stamped video footage spanning several months. Only an adult black female and adolescent black female are on the lease, therefore fraud is being committed. CPS

Per online complaint: My wife and I walk along 30th Ave S near S McClellan St. every day to and from work. Massive thorny bushes have grown over the sidewalk, completely blocking the path in three places - forcing people onto the street. Proerty is owned by Mt. Baker Village Apts. Thanks in advance!!!
