per online complaint: There was noisy construction happening in the vacant unit (256?) below my apartment at 5:00 am this morning. It woke me up, and is still going on now at 9:00 am. We were alerted that they would be shutting off our water today, but that did not include sawing and drilling at 5am. (there is not a permit on file rf)
