Our landlord has spontaneously cut off the power to the building today, without any sort of notice whatsoever. We did receive a notice late in the day on Monday March 3rd that they'd be entering units to do an inspection, then showed up very early in the day demanding access.This is two instances of disregarding statutory notice requirements.

Over a year ago i initiated a complaint by the number: 011696-23CP after the building owner refused, for months, to fix an obvious life and safety issue. (unsecure front door)Once you guys got involved there was a sudden flurry of activity to clear the complaint (you'll notice i did not state fix the issue at the foundation of the complaint). The building is not in compliance with fire code.My apartment front door is not secure, being held closed only by about 3 wood screws. The landlord has known since June and refused to repair it.
