Guy is running an auto shop business out of apartment. Has 12-13 cars parked all over property parking lot and on the streets. He moves around so CC won't catch him. Uses temp tags and changes them out. Guy is very sneaky.

Bed bug infestation. Landlord had people spray but it wasn't a professional exterminator company and the property management gave her a squeeze bottle of some bug killer for her to use. Still an infestation.
