There is a faulty guardrail on the fifth floor walkway. A fall from this height could cause major injuries or worse, and the railing is completely unsecured on one end. Directions to railing:On the fifth floor of B building, from the room containing the elevator and stairs exit the southeast door (turn left when exiting the elevator or stairwell) and exit the enclosed stairwell/elevator area. Severe structural faults throughout all of B Building, 2601 w manor pl, increasing in frequency as you approach the foundation and bottom floors. Attached videos show horizontal lines in paint indicating the buckling of walls. Moving down main stairwell toward center of building is a good way to see the frequency. Along main hallway of floor two lines are visible for large stretches.
