per online complaint: I have a serious leak in my basement window unit apartment recurring since 7/24/15. There's been mold growing in my closets since I addressed the issues to the property management. I am concerned that this is creating health hazard because I might be breathing mold in the air.

Per Online: "There is a known mold problem in the apartment, and management has failed to deal with it. I am sick, and my girlfriend is incapacitated by the toxic environment. Management has dragged their feet to even have simple mold tests done, and the apartment is imminently hazardous to our health."Per Phone: Management replaced some dry-wall and the bedroom carpet but the mold problem still exists. The carpet installer said they should replace the living-room carpet but mgt did not.

Mold in unit. Management said that they tested positive for mold but haven't done anything and have exceeded the 'ten days to deal' with problems. Complainant has been ill since 7/22.
