The homeowner at 2608 58th Ave SW has hired what appears to be unlicensed tree cutters. They have cut down a tree on the city right away on 3/11/21 and are removing the stump and other adjacent limbs on 3/12/21. The owner of the house was out there directing them what to do. The cutters truck was parked in his driveway during the cut. Grey Ford Ranger Lic# C76380L There were pedestrians walking by and there was no sidewalk closure and the workers were not wearing PPE.
