The house at 2609 10th Ave West is under construction and has a large oak tree in the back yard. Two days ago, the construction people at the house started hacking off its very large branches. I think they took off all of the branches below a certain height. at least 10 large branches, maybe more. They really did a number of this poor tree. It's quite a large oak. Definitely not a professional job. Just thought you might like to know.

NS inspected the property on 1/9/09- inspection shows several bags of garbage stored in the rear. Observed 3 broken windows.

Futon frame, stereo, 8-10 stuffed black garbage bags (and feces from 3 large dogs) in the rear. 2 inops (red Ford Bronco and gray Chevy Van) blocking easement.
