1/7/16 Email from Leslie Orbino from property owner Peggy Sterling requesting a 10 day delay to construction at 2600 E thomas ST & 230 26th AVE E because of concern re: structural stability of their preopty at 2615/17 E Thomas ST. They have Swenson Say Faget revisiting their property to review suggested repairs that Affix earthquake retrofit company was performing for them.

Per CSB: In this abandoned lot, I can see more dumping every day (see pic). The door of the abandoned house is open and I can observe from time to time people looking inside the house and dumping things they find and don't want in front of the house or in the streets around.

Per online complaint: There is no posted zoning or demo permit on this or the adjacent property, 2603 E Thomas Street. This is a very old structure and may contain asbestos and/or lead-based paint. Demolition of the structures started today, windows have been broken out
