Per online complaint, "Rental home no longer occupied after residents were evicted. Dumping and piling of junk in the yard has created a rat infestation. Multiple rats have been observed running all along perimeter of the house as well as on the porches and stairways." NOTE: Front window of home is broken, window is a lot higher than ground level. Couch in yard, complainant referred to rat patrol.
