Gas fireplace in unit does not work, tenant concerned it is a possible safety issue. TENANT WILL BE MOVING OUT ON MONDAY, JANUARY 7TH. TENANT IS BEING EVICTED FOR LACK OF PAYMENT, BUT TENANT STATES HE WITHHELD MONEY FOR REPAIRS. TENANT HAS ALREADY SPOKEN W/ JIM METZ, NOT A POTA ISSUE.
