PER CSB: Porta potty for construction side has been unlocked / unsecured. As such, it has become a public restroom for pedestrians, motorists, and city workers. To my knowledge, the property is not zoned for a public restroom so I request the owner to either secure the Porta potty with a lock and/or remove the Porta potty immediately. The resulting littering and loitering From the owner's Porta potty is having a negative impact on the neighbors and will result in legal action if not addressed.

The unit at 2613 3rd Ave W is illegally operating 9 AirBnB rentals out of this property, none of which is their primary residence. This is both against the AirBnB regulations for seattle, but also seems to constitute a hostel/hotel as there are more than 3 units in the building all sharing the same common areas. There are individuals on the property night 7-11PM and early morning (between 3AM and 6AM) smoking and using the port a potty. I've asked the workers during the day if they know the general contractor and could ask to secure the property, three separate workers (not performing the same function) have all responded "no speak english" when I've asked for the owner/GC.
