On 4/3/23 I submitted a maintenance request to our Property Management company, Bonavista Management, regarding a mold issue. It is the second time in under a year where mold seems to be coming in along the entire length of an exterior facing wall, impacting both bedrooms. A Bonavista maintenance person who treated the issue for us in June '22 said he would recommend to management they take a look at the wall itself. To our knowledge nothing was done to address the apparent underlying issue. Af
