Tenant was told there would be Rent Increase, no notice given. Tenant wants to know about the 180 day notice for Rent increases. Lease renewal is May 1st, tenant believes that's when the rent increase will take place. The Mgmt Company tenant used to deal with is no longer handling things, tenant works directly with the owner now.

The address consists of two separate "units" that are listed per homeowner as 2617 and 2615 E Thomas Ave. Both are being rented without registration with the city under the RRIO. The 2615 address doesn't appear in any King County records and I question whether the SFH has been split into a duplex without appropriate permitting or inspection.
