Tub is clogged with sewage from out of unit source and has been for almost a week. I have failed multiple complaints and have not received any service. The smell is intruding to the rest of the apartment and I do not think it is safe to sleep here anymore. Please advise. Last time there was a septic leak they waited over a month to fix it and I got badly sick twice and I can't do that again.

I have a complaint about my bathroom. There is a big hole and its not usable. The last week of July, I came back from errands. When I open the door, there was a puddle of water and a man tearing off the wall. I asked what happened, he told me that there was a complaint about a leakage in their bathroom. He couldn't find the issue, so he came to the apartment and found a hole in the pipes. I was told that in a week, the bathroom should be fixed and i should be able to use it. Unfortunately, it'

I have a complaint about my building. It starts with my air vents being filthy and full of dust. My bathroom has holes around the sink and the ceilings with mold inside. The tub had a bunch of cream color crust in the drain part. The pipes didn't drain when I first moved in but after a lot of draino, it now can somewhat drain. My medicine cabinet has fallen off the wall, so I have no mirror or shelving space to place my things My windows don't fully close all the way and there's a big crack on
