per online complaint dated on 7/19/2006-"previous tenants pets damaged carpet. One bedroom is unable due to smell of feces. dining area smells strongly of urine, and smell reached to kitchen and living room." I spoke to the complainant... he just moved in July/06.. before he moved in the landlord had informed him that there was alot of pet damages to the carpet and that they would wash the carpet..now according to the complainant it turns out that they have washed the carpet total of 3 times
