There is a low flying, small plane that's been circling over the Interbay Golf center and surrounding residential streets for 2 hours now. It's the middle of the night and their engine is very loud, can be heard with all windows closed. Does not appear to be a news or emergency plane.

HOUSING--per online--black mold in the attic above the apartment and in the walls and behind the walls. The entire building has visible black mold decay/crumbling areas near support beams and the entire complex leans 5 to 10% forward. If you set a ball on a table, it will quickly roll off toward the slant.
