The structure at 2623 SW Yancy Street has been in a state of slow moving renovations and upgrades since my move in date of May 2025. The contractor seems to be MIA as various individuals and subs come to perform different specialty trades with weeks of no work in between. All of this construction has created waste which has been ever expanding. Slow hot water for overa year, animals livingin the attic. The owner is aware of the issues, but the management company is in the Philippines. We were never informedproperty was in aflood zone in orderto purchase the correct renters insurance. They also gave us 24 hrsnotice they wereselling the house.
