The apartment building is Bayview Apartments. at Belltown, Seattle. The heat issue that the building has bee having since October, 2020 is the reason of us making this complaint. Since early October, 2020 the heat in the building is often turned off for days and will be back on for only a day, then off again. It makes the days and nights unbearable for senior tenants with underlying health conditions to survive through. The temperature be get as low as 29F, highest being onl
