Per CSB: Hello! I was recommended to this direction as a route to the renting help line. I wanted to report some events that happened during my last living situation in Seattle. My apartment had considerable to severe issues with drainage- it is a triplex with 3 other groups of people living in each floor. I was on the basement level. Possible illegal uses. Per Bob McCormick, "The electrical contractor installed 3 meters on what we believe to be a single family. Duane Reynolds says there is a business as well as a 2nd upstairs dwelling unit on these premises."
