The dishwasher that was included with the rental unit stopped working. I provided written notice to the landlord and property management on October 19, 2025. As of today, they have not begun any repairs. This exceeds the required ten day window for starting non emergency repairs under Washington State RCW 59.18.070 and the City of Seattle repair guidelines. I am requesting that the city open a case and require the landlord to begin the repair process.
