Per online: Vegetation from private property/planting strip overhanging or encroaching on street, alley, or sidewalk. Namely a large tree in the planting strip is overhanging the sidewalk and adjacent common driveway, requiring pedestrians to duck to pass under the branches, which hang especially low in rain.
