This complainaint stated that she viewed the site plan and that she had come down to DPD. Stated they putting in two driveways not per plans. Her contact information is provided. 05/10/13 dw home occupation violation05/10/13 dw observed day care with a frame sign. I haven't been able to prove if owner occupied.

Is Berry Patch child care a legal use at this site? The child care center at this SFR appears to be a primary use rather than an accessory use and the property owner, Jim Greiner, appears to live elsewhere (10717 Ashworth Ave N). No one appears to be living at the house - no one is ever around on the weekends or late evenings. (Advised complainant to look at CAM 108 and CAM 236.)
