Case # 1-Eviction Notice, This complaint is about issue I have with Landlord of the building where I live, I received eviction Notice on 12/28/2023 for the reason I did not pay the December 2023, which I paid with US Bank money order and I have copy,on the same day I I sent text message to Tony Morales talking about rent payment, he said he did not received the payment I have proof that I paid the rent.I am not agreed to have eviction because missed rent payment I paid my rent.case #2.

Living in non-senior affiliated building for 12 yrs. I have been month to month, while waiting for a senior apartment to open for me. Management has decided not to offer month to month, wants me to sign a new lease. I need to give notice or sign a new lease. What are my options if one of the senior apartments I've applied for comes through?

LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM ARE FLOODED. CARPETS ARE SOAKED AND SMELL LIKE MOLD/MILDEW. FIRST PROBLEM OCCURED IN 7/O5. LANDLORD DRYED THE CARPETS AND SPRAYED THEM BUT NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM. WATER KEEPS COMING IN WHENEVER IT RAINS.
