Landlord lives in upper unit and is constantly harassing/stalking tenant. Yells her name in middle of night, talks to her in parking lot although she has requested written correspondence. Tenant has landlord on camera entering unit when she leaves, things are coming up missing. Seeking tenant rights in this situation.
