The construction work being done on the apartment building at this site (the corner of 28th Ave NW and NW 63rd St) has been spilling out into the sidewalk and crosswalk for weeks and is making the area unsafe for pedestrians. This location is in a school zone and many kids use this route to and from school. Pedestrians are forced to walk into the street to avoid the construction materials and vehicles blocking the sidewalk and crosswalk. The owner occasionally has a hand
