Per online complaint "Broken down vans & trucks piled high with junk, garbage & potentially hazardous materials not properly tied down are left for days on Boston & Franklin in Eastlake belonging to a man named "Bill" These vehicles never move, are not zone permitted or parked properly. Unsightly & illegal. Please help."
