The brew pub Good Society is blocking 4 street parking spots with fencing. This is a very important school pickup area, and the missing spots endanger children. There is no furniture on the blocked spots, and why is the City donating publicly owned land to a brewery, instead of making a safe place for children? Lander street

on 9/30 at around 5 PM, I noticed Good Society blocked access to California Ave from SW Lander with what looked like a generic sandwich board construction sign with no SDOT permit paper attached. SW Lander is a one way street from 44th to California Ave so all of the parked cars and peple who drove the correct way, had to turn around and drive the wrong way down a one way street. Per 3/29/16 online complaint: "This mixed use building was recently sold and undergoing major renovation on the units on top if not through out. This is clearly visible from the street if you look up from SW lander. Back wall removed and maybe adding living units. Could be life safety issues as well as building issues."
