Brush buildup around the building (huge fire hazard) plus junk stored in carport and around unit. Lights under carport do not work, and it is very hard to see at night. Landlord will not respond to texts.

A loose metal piece is hanging from the exterior of the building near the roofline and appears at risk of falling. During windy conditions, it swings and bangs loudly against the building, especially at night, causing major sleep disturbance. This is both a safety hazard and an unresolved maintenance issue. Property management has been notified but has not taken action.

There is a huge metal bar just hanging from the roof. It seems like a huge hazard. Also, it blows around a lot and makes a ton of noise
