Per online complaint "There is graffiti on their fence on 145th Ave NE and trash in their yard." I e-mailed complainant advising her to contact the Graffiti Hot Line & she gave me more information >> The garbage is in the yard that is on 27th Avenue. If you are facing their mailboxes which are on 27th it is to the right of the driveway. There is not a fence blocking the garbage. It is paint cans and other debris. This is an ongoing problem.
