Removed retaining wall along south property line, taking soil level down more than 4 ft w/o permit. This has caused erosion damage to property @ 2707 Queen Anne Ave N. See attached walk-in complaint.Per 11/9/15 phone call; dirt & mud coming off the site. They bulldozed their yard and excavated approx 3 ft & removed 3 ft retaining wall.
