Per Online;We have been asking our landlord since August 31 to fix our washer.On August 31 8:14pm - Tenant submitted Work order (WO) to repair washer that was not draining. Sep 12 - Rent manager (RM) combined WO with another WO already scheduled for 12-8. Sep 12- RM requested update insurance info for vendor which caused delay in scheduling - Dezmon at AGM uploaded promptly once received from vendor to RM. Oct 4 - RM combined two WO for Bosch machines to be repaired

Our washer in our unit has been broken for 9 weeks. There was standing water in the washer, and we were unable to open the door. This then progressed to mold and has a foul odor. Our property managers have failed to address this issue in a timely fashion. At this point, the washer will cycle, however the liner is completely molded and moist, then unsafe to use, and unsafe to keep open as we do not want mold to get on our clothes, nor do we want to breath in moist, moldy air.
