Contractors have removed portions of the (shared) retaining wall (approx. 4ft in height) along the west property line of 2712 S Judkins St. to create room to build exterior stairs. Current permit discription of work only mentions interior alterations. Complainant wants to know if the exterior work would require a permit. Visible from sidewalk.***Is removal of 4' retaining wall & construction of exterior stairs along west P/L per Permit 6435141? View from public sidewalk***
