The landlord (Stazione25) issued a formal, written lease renewal offer for a 13-month term at $1,265/month on April 10, 2026 (on email and in my postbox). Cockroaches in tenants home, apartments are refusing to call or pay for exterminator. Smoke detectors are also damaged due to cockroaches and apartments are unwilling to replace or repair. Tenant is seeking inspection and tenant rights.
