HAZ WEEDS (Photo Attached) Vegetation encroaches sidewalk and alley. Sidewalk to be clear concrete edge to concrete edge to at least 8 ft. above sidewalk. Alley to be clear from alley edge up 14 feet high.

PER CSB: In order to see a pedestrian you need to drive out on sidewalk. I nearly hit a pedestrian today. You can't see anything.
