The outside siding to her unit is very deteriorated. There is mold and mildew in her unit which she believes is caused by the failing siding. Within the unit there is a strong smell of mold and mildew coming out the area near the washer and dryer unit. She is also concerned about the drying unit running in the crawlspace.
