Regularly at 7:30 am a maintenance worker will stand outside with a leafblower. While the leafblower is electric it unleashes an incredibly high pitched whirring sound, echoed further as he stands closer to the middle of the road. Unable to record the decibels myself but it's enough to leave ears ringing even behind a closed window.
