Per Online; We moved next door 18 months ago. The renter at this address has a junked vehicle, flat tires, rusted out that has not moved since we moved in. The renter refuses to move the vehicle. The property owners will not remove the vehicle. It is an eyesore and embarrassment to the neighborhood as well as degrades out property value. We want the car owner fined and forced to remove. It is an abandoned/inoperable vehicle.
