Per Online: The developer tore down my fence Friday without my knowledge or consent. There were two fences between our properties - his chain link and my wooden fence. He tore down both! Now I only have three sides of a fence. There is also a significant grade difference between our properties. My house is at 2724 S. Elmwood Pl.
