3/17/2025 - 1st complaint of water Intrusion. No repairs made. 10/31/2025 - 2nd complaint of water intrusion from roof leak. Spread through home. Asbestos told was present. Lead based paint in popcorn ceiling. Was removed from home for 1.5 months - was not told if lead or asbestos cleared. 2/20/2026 - 3rd complaint of water Intrusion in kitchen. As of date 3/4/26 - roof not repaired correctly. Ceiling open, not sealed. Mold present. Have complications with breathing due to asthmatic.3/4/2

Building has numerous hazardous components to it. Mainly the constant inch of standing water filling the entire laundry basement area which also reaches the electrical area which controls all the 5g on the building. Not only is it damp and has a aweful foul smell that comes and goes but it is accompanied with black mold.

PER PHONE COMPLAINT: Tenant Rights Question.Fixed Lease Term ends 3/31/18. It states at end, lease will continue as a month-to-month lease.But recently Complainant received communication from landlord that she will need to sign another Fixed Lease Term agreement. If she does not sign, and continue as a month-to-month tenant, there will be an additional $300 per month fee.
