Per online complaint, "Vegetation overgrowth into the right-of-way road on 137th st. / 28th ave NE. The bamboo-like vegetation originates from the property of 2724 NE 137th street Seattle, WA, 98125 and has overgrown onto the sidewalk and clearly onto the public street. It's also beginning to encroach onto our property."
