PER CSB: The corner house on 28th Ave NE and 75th St NE has two issues: (1) there is overgrown vegetation that is covering the sidewalk on 75th St NE near the corner so that you have to walk on the busy street and (2) their birch tree is blocking the whole stop sign at the top of 28th Ave NE. I wrote about the stop sign before and nothing was done about it. During the summer, there is a pool open at the end of 28th Ave and many new drivers come and don't see that stop sign.
