The retail parking on the south side of the building has the exit out of that lot to a very narrow driveway, that exits onto Yale Terrace. Upon exiting the driveway on the right side prior to contacting Yale Terrace, the driveway abruptly drops off on the right side, and the rear wheel on the passenger side of my vehicle dropped suddenly, causing the bed of the truck to shift violently due to the drop off of the side of the driveway, the truck bed struck the side of the building causing $3000 d

Per Online;Upstairs neighbor is harassing us and our building manager and her manager are doing nothing about it. We're unable to sleep most nights due to the constant pounding from the upstairs neighbor. Our landlord has talked to him, but it has continued without any reprieve.
