HBMC violations. Large hole under counter and kitchen sink - water damage. Futhermore, there is an ongoing problem with plumbing in the bathroom (sink clogs/floods whenever water is used in neighboring unit).

No hot water for nearly 1 month. To address plumbing issues that were affecting the adjacent unit, MGMT drilled holes in the wall to work on plumbing. Water heater was eventually relocated and the holes in the walls are still present, which expose piping and insulation. Complainant's primary concern is that lack of hot water.
