Several non-working electrical outlets. Exhaust fan on stove not working. Garage door is broken and presents safety concerns as it can fall on people. Oil furnace has been out since January. Management has said the are going to replace it but haven't completed project and no timeline was given.

Heat not functioning properly, outlets do not work.(landlord comes once a month or so to bleed out the oil line to the tank) the heat went out this weekend, the landlord provided a space heater but the outlets do not work so I can use the space heater.
