Existing water stains from a roof leak that happened this past spring, it was never repaired and just recently flooded again, soaking the bedroom wall and carpet. Believes a raccoon is living on or in the roof, stain on ceiling smells like urine. NOTE: Referred complainant to American Lung Association for mold concerns.

LOW GROWING TREE TRUNK/LIMB ON PLANTING STRIP DAMAGED COMPL'S VEHICLE. VERIFIED WITH ARBORIST THAT THESE ARE PRIVATELY OWNED TREES. COMPL SAID HE WOULD GO BACK DOWN AND PUT A RED FLAG ON THE OFFENDING BRANCH.
